Capacity for one new client - January 2026

ABOUT YOU

This is a story

About You

About You

For the Ones Who Are Ready

You’ve done some work — or you find yourself on the threshold of doing so. You’re insightful, self-aware, and capable. You’ve already met parts of yourself that many people spend a lifetime avoiding.

You’re not looking for someone to fix you. But you know there are still places within you that haven’t quite integrated or reorganised — yet.

This work is for people who are ready to stay with themselves long enough for real change to take hold. Not because things are falling apart, but because you’re committed to continuity, depth, and becoming more fully yourself — not just in moments of insight, but over time.

I work with people who value depth over quick fixes, and integrity over performance. Often, they’ve done therapy or other inner work before, and are now looking for a process that can reach the deeper architecture of their experience — one that supports integration, coherence, and sustained change, not just understanding.

Our work together is collaborative and self-led.

You bring your lived experience, your patterns, your pace, and your responsibility for direction.

I bring presence, skill, and a highly attuned approach.

My work draws from evidence-based modalities including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and psychodynamic understandings of the self — guided always by what your system is ready for, and what supports lasting movement rather than forced change.

This isn’t surface work. It’s relational, precise, and respectful of your system and your story.

We go at your pace — but we stay with it.

If something in this feels resonant — or stirs something in you — we can arrange a short initial call to explore whether working together is the right fit. The relationship matters. And you’ll know if it’s right.
